You should get information before you travel so that vaccinations can be planned, ideally no later than:
Holidays – at least 8 weeks before you travel
Backpackers and working abroad – 3-6 months before you travel
We will need to know:
- Departure and return dates
- Countries visiting
- Type of stay (holiday, backpack, occupational etc)
- Allergies
- Female patients – pregnant now or wanting to be
- Vaccines you have had previously
We do not charge you for vaccinations.
If you are travelling please contact the surgery and we will provide you with an online pre-travel questionnaire form. You may also come to the surgery to collect a physical copy of the form.
