Our phone lines open at 8:00 am each morning, Monday to Friday, and close at 6:30pm. During these times you may have either a face to face appointment or a telephone consultation. Our reception staff may also ask for a brief description of your health condition.
Telephone Triage
We offer Telephone appointments every day. You may be offered a telephone appointment first, so it can be triaged by the doctor, this is so you can be referred to the correct clinician for your condition.
Routine Appointments
For routine appointments, we can book you up to two weeks in advance. We usually aim to get you booked in within the week. However, this might not be the case always due high demand for appointments.
We also offer a variety of times for these appointments to best suit your availabilities.
AccuRx

Late Attendance
Please ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment, as it is not always possible to fit you into the surgery at another time. You may be asked to rebook your appointment.
Cancellations
If, before your appointment, you no longer need to see the doctor, then please ring the practice to let us know. We will then be able to offer your slot to another patient. Please ring the practice at least an hour before your appointment.
